•For all social media promotions that require commenting or liking a post, you must still be following us and your comment must remain live till the end of the promotion
•All Promotions are Open to New Zealand residents only
•Any entrant under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter
•Techoutlet reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the promotion or update the terms and conditions without notice
•The winner must provide proof via email if they are above 18 years of age of below must provide details of their legal guardian
•Techoutlet reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify entries or refuse to award a prize where false information or misleading details were given

Discount Codes
Techoutlet reserves the right to not provide discounts on products.  Please note that discount codes do not apply to the sale of Drones and Electric Scooters.

Promotions and Special Deals
Tech Outlet reserves the right to cancel these promotions or sales at any time. While we make every effort to ensure that we have adequate stock on-hand at the commencement of all promotions, sometimes stock can sell out very quickly and we may not have ready access to any more.

Out of stock situations
Tech Outlet staff will inform our customer if the product they have ordered is out of stock, and offer suitable alternative product. If this is not possible and refund will be offered.If the out of stocked item is on sale or has a promotion, then Tech Outlet reserves the right not to provide that discount or deal on future stock, and the customer will be informed of this.
